2021 SSCC Christmas Blitz Tournament
The club traditionally celebrates the Christmas season by hosting a friendly blitz tournament (entry: $10) while providing some light food and non-alcoholic refreshments for participants.
This year's event took place on Tuesday 14th December, and was run as a 9 round Swiss with time control 5 minutes initial time with 2 seconds increment per move. Many SSCC players were present to enjoy the evening, and we would like to thank all who attended and the many of you who brought food to share.
Congratulations to Yihe (Rebo) Fu, winner of the 2021 Christmas Blitz, and to all other prizewinners.
We hope that you have enjoyed this year's SSCC events and look forward to welcoming you back at the club in 2022!
